It's embarrassing if you favorite someone and after seeing his photo you quitStupid application without any communication allowed , why they made it in the first place if you can not send or receive a message ?! Plus it is full of scammer and bugsVery bad experience.. I paid a lot of money on this application and I thought it was a good application when I read the policy but when I was insulted without any reason by one of the members and notified them they did nothing.. I will not pay again.. and good luck with losing all your members because of your poor support teamI use this app for almost one year, First of all everything about payment and money, U can't do anything in the app without pay a membership, Most of the girls are there are not real, please don't waste your time or your money on this App.Good app culture.

Otherwise would recommend.Ive only been registered for few hours, , , but one main concern, , there has to be the ability to add a profile picture, , because this way it is like buying fish from the sea, u talk to someone, you share interests, you waste time, , yet u have no idea wot he/she looks likeVery bad experience, I created an account and then deleted it so I forgot the information so I decided to creat another one and I didn't break the roles but out of no where I find on the next day that I am forbidden and blocked! When I tried to remember my old account and finally I was about to use I found that it's blocked too with no reason , I made another one for the 3rd time and didn't even use it and guess what I am blocked again!! And no I did NOT break the rolesCan also do the following: If I ignore someone, they should not show in my search results.

3. Not worth your time- Muzz app is better 💯💯Exploitative app, the most basic features are paid, and overpriced, it's clear that developers are seeking to get as much money as possible from the app regardless of what they offer for the users.

4. To reply for a message, you need to pay 25 USD subscription ! Why call it a free app when you need to pay that much for the simplest feature that should exist in any marriage APP?I didn't find it useful app.

5. The reason this gets 2 stars is this app can stop you mid conversation and not allow you to continue unless you pay, which is ridiculous.

6. Moderators unfairly look for any and every reason to deactivate your account without reason.

7. You're not allowed to request direct contact with someone you would like to marry without asking for "guardian's number" and even when that is done they still give you hassles.

8. You have to quickly post your details of another app (snapchat, etc) just in case you get stopped.

9. Muwadda won't even let you post other means of communication in the app.

10. Very limited people interact with you, especially when the photos are not displayed.

1. Fix Mawada Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mawada: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mawada App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mawada" » Open Mawada : Muslim Marriage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mawada » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mawada : Muslim Marriage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mawada servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mawada : Muslim Marriage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mawada app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mawada might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mawada. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mawada then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mawada not working

2. Fix Mawada Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mawada be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mawada not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mawada may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
