SingleMuslim Customer Insights

1. I subscribed for 1 week in order to be able to send messages, view likes, etc.. since there is nothing you can do without paying, and after 1 week I decided to cancel my subscription, but they kept on charging me on a weekly basis just for the sake of sucking out my money.

2. Paid for 1 month membership and it auto renewed and charged me for another month even though it didn't mention auto renewal anywhere on the app when I paid for the first month subscription.

3. As they are aware people won't read the small print and cancel within 2 days, this is deception and shows their intention is to get more money.

4. I was under the impression it would expire at the month and my account will go back to standard like EVERY OTHER app for similar services.This is one of the worst wastes of time.

5. Be careful there are a lot of fake accounts messaging you once you make your profile so that you end up paying for a full membership only to find out that no such person exists.

6. That means you need cancel within 2 days of signing up or you will be charged an add additional month.

7. They are bunch of scammers.I signed up for 1 month and later cancelled my subscription.

8. Beware... Also most of the profiles are fake, it's easy to tell this by the photos used and profile description.Not happy.

9. I have sent them countless emails but they never reply, I wasn't able to use the app for even 10 mins and they already took my money.

10. It stays logged in all the time which in turn gives off the impression to others that they have lots of members online.

11. To my surprise, I was charged an additional month.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SingleMuslim Issues

1. Fix SingleMuslim Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SingleMuslim: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SingleMuslim App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SingleMuslim" » Open SingleMuslim » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SingleMuslim » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SingleMuslim app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SingleMuslim servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SingleMuslim" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SingleMuslim app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SingleMuslim might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SingleMuslim. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SingleMuslim then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SingleMuslim not working


2. Fix SingleMuslim Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SingleMuslim be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SingleMuslim not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SingleMuslim may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
