Why should I report an Issue with ChatCraft for Minecraft?

Cannot connect directly as app keeps refreshing and crashing, even if I succeed to join my inventory is completely empty and doesn't show menu itemsWould be a 5 star, but the fact it self advertises in game chat upon connection is a big turn off, it's nobody's business what I do and I don't like that lack of respect, ads in app, annoying as per the norm, but, the functionality is spot on, does everything I need it to, easy to set up, connect and navigate the app and still will let you use premium feature if you watch a crappy ad that holds no interest to the player.

2. I'm not going to enter my Microsoft account into this app (even if it's an embedded browser, I cannot verify what happens with my input)I really recommend it to people who want to get some afking done without having the actual game running or if you just want to get in some easy votes.

Overall absolutely 5/5I have used this app for years, but all of a sudden, it says i need to have a premium account for a minecraft server that never required the premium version when i contacted the minecraft servers mods they said that it was om chatcrafts part not theirs and they have no idea why i would need a premium account.

4. half of the time I cannot watch an ad to use pro features and it crashes after awhile making it annoying because I can't watch the damn ad making it annoying typing the same command over and over as well as managing my inventory.

5. I use it for a server that's located across the world and it works great! One feature I would love to see is to be able to click interact with the chat.

6. There aren't much ads which is nice, but the crashing, no ad to watch for features, and the significant lag (if possible) would be better to have fixed.

7. Some servers have features where you can click chat to interact with it - It would be great to do so here.

8. Could be less intrusive, but is very functional.Bought pro version and it is showing segmuler adds continuously.

9. Apart from that it always says not authenticated with Microsoft.$14 To remove the annoying ad is wack.

1. Fix ChatCraft Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatCraft: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatCraft App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatCraft" » Open ChatCraft for Minecraft » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatCraft » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatCraft for Minecraft app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatCraft servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatCraft for Minecraft" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatCraft app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatCraft might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatCraft. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatCraft then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatCraft not working

2. Fix ChatCraft Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatCraft be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatCraft not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatCraft may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
