1. I recommend this app to everyone but it only helps a few people to actually lose weight it helps just as a workout but only a few people can lose weight but it's a great app ππIt's really wanted for all who is determined in weight loss or just for exercises.
2. Love it , worth it.It is free of cost it provides many fitness trainings like: 1)step tracker 2) regular exercise 3)diet plan(different for vegetarians and non-vegetarians) 4)target completion 5)weight calculator And much more ............ It is really effective and cool to be followed .
3. Has a water reminder too.Right now I have to give it two stars, though the app's features and exercises look promising, it keeps crashing, and every time it opens with an add, so I have to watch 5 seconds of add for the app to crash immediately after.
4. The only flaw is that the exercise time is very less so i recommend to take it's exercise as warm up and try for planks,push up ,sqats and others.
5. It have a proper diet plan in it, it reminds us of drinking water, it have useful exercises for us to do daily.
6. Often times I can't even add a glass of water to the water-drinking tracker (which takes two cliks, awesome feature!) because the app crashes within two seconds after the add.
7. Not only exercises for weight loss but also contains yoga.
8. It's not just the exercises that is good , it includes step and water tracker.
9. There's a perfect diet plan free and many exercise.
10. Because others only put a picture and a name and ask for a lot of money but this app it has a free and premium mode.
11. I have done only 1 day and I find it excellent app for weight loss.
