Why should I report an Issue with Hearo - Watch Movies Together?

Is there a way to bypass this so that my audio is just crystal clear?App itself its incredible, very good and useful for watching content with friends how ever, the GUI can be improved, as theres not a fullscreen option, and I would also love a more precise video duration bar, as having a line is not as accurate as the YouTube one, also, when 2 characters talk at the same time in anime, the subtitles are overlapped, Great app, but the GUI is a bit strange IMO.I use to love hearo! I feel like there might be a bug.

2. Sometimes it takes up a decent portion of the screen, if there's an option to disable it I can't find it.Overall a great app and a good selection of streaming services to choose from.

3. It takes the party leader to watch whatever you choose to the Netflix app away from hearo and therefore doesn't let them control the other person's screen.

4. Other then that it works well.Garbage all "apps" to streaming services are terrible ports that are most likely malware ridden considering Google considers your ports unsafe.

6. Or the anime isnt playing at the same time.It often signs me out of Netflix on it which isn't that bad but it also frequently disconnects which might just be my wifi but I don't know.

7. If they pause on the app it doesn't pause on hearo which makes us avoid using Netflix with the app.

8. When starting to watch videos, it automatically goes full-screen, lot of thetime, i wanted to use the message feature to check everyoneis online.

1. Fix Hearo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hearo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hearo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hearo" » Open Hearo - Watch Movies Together » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hearo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hearo - Watch Movies Together app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hearo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hearo - Watch Movies Together" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hearo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hearo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hearo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hearo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hearo not working

2. Fix Hearo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hearo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hearo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hearo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
