1. The app is mostly easy to use with 1 exception: it defaults to Korean after closing out so when you open the app you have to remember to scroll all the way down to the bottom and scroll thru the long list of countries to find your respective country to start your shopping experience.Can't change the app to English.

2. Don't waste your time downloading it.To those who are having language issues just scroll to the bottom and change the country you are in.

3. Why otherwise such big brand release only one app and it's not in English... Upon download it opens with a popup in Korean which you cannot exit anymore.

4. I waste more time trying to find what I want than I do shopping.One star for your website, it is a consumer's nightmare, slow and laggy.

1. Fix THE BODY SHOP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart THE BODY SHOP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the THE BODY SHOP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "THE BODY SHOP" » Open THE BODY SHOP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for THE BODY SHOP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear THE BODY SHOP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from THE BODY SHOP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "THE BODY SHOP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check THE BODY SHOP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, THE BODY SHOP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall THE BODY SHOP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall THE BODY SHOP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing THE BODY SHOP not working

2. Fix THE BODY SHOP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make THE BODY SHOP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to THE BODY SHOP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, THE BODY SHOP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
