1. After 3 or 4 attempts to update my information, get a message stating I have exceeded the number of update attempts for the yearVery bad app .. although I am KFSHRC staff but this app is waste of time has lots of technical issues and errors and verrrrry slow .. this is very frustrating !!! We cannot open anything (lab results, xrays, appointments ...etc) it keeps loading for 2 minutes or more then you face the usual error!!!Why is it so complicated to log into the App? Very frustrating! Open the App, go to nafath, approve the code, enter password....this process is unnecessary long and complicated.I'm disappointed with such invested efforts and money, this app is usless at many different levels.
2. Example says no need for inperson for tele clinic but then doesnt let you check in via the app, says go see the appt desk...The app is a huge improvement from the old one but there is one big issue, when i choose navigate me to my appointment its always guide me to KFSHRC Riyadh when my appointment is in Madinah i think its need to be fixed.It's not useful if you for exmple work in Riyadh but your famliy living in Jeddah.
3. Location based check-ins don't work either.Since this application taken place the old one i find it hard to use..not userfriendly..Unable to update health profile.
4. Taken the time to enter the correct or missing data, but continually get an error (unable to submit data) message.
5. Nobody calls at the scheduled appointment time for tele clinic.
6. so do yourself a favore and uninstall this app and go back to the 90s and use the phone.Unable to book an appointment with any family medicine doctors.
7. appointments, pharmacy, lab, medical reports... eventually you'll have to call the hospital number.
8. It's like they're all placeholders & it's making its usage very hard; most links are dead, lead and redirect to errors.
9. I hope you guys solve it .Poor appointment instructions.
10. I still have to call the hospital for nearly everything I need to know & do, like it's designed for people that barely have any problems.
11. Often dead links, or errors trying to load documents.
