1. Make sure this is supervised.I can't give you any star cos this app is the most usless and stupid app i have ever come across,total waist of time you can access someones profile no pics,and before you know it they will disconnect you.,...rubbish i just gave the one star cos i was unable to postI started using this app in 2014 and met the most amazing guy on it.

2. I thought it would connect me with random users but it was unable to do so... Every time I opened this app It said server or internet error while i have a proper internet connection.Doesn't screen out people outside the age range I selected.

1. Fix ChatNOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChatNOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChatNOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChatNOW" » Open ChatNOW » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChatNOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChatNOW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChatNOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChatNOW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChatNOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChatNOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChatNOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChatNOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChatNOW not working

2. Fix ChatNOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChatNOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ChatNOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ChatNOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
