Why should I report an Issue with poipiku?

Please fix this asap.Can't log into my Twitter, Keep pressing log in button but it doesn't do anything when I try to restart the app it does the same thing, The browser version is way better than the app.It's annoying to upload as it keeps uploading broken images... Its better to just use the web version and just use the app for viewingI can't log in I can't add a second account.

2. Edit: Uploading illustrations is smooth asf 10/10 but in the 'Recent' tab, clicking one specific catergory won't load.I dont know why everyone cant login using their twitter account.

3. If we can't sign in then the app is pointless.I cannot login to my Twitter.

4. I have no problem and for all god sake, that I didnt know that poipiku has an app version where I was struggling before on web version with japanese words on the interface.

5. Edit: I downloaded this, for me to conveniently and easily see the updates from the artists I followed but the latest post doesnt showing on the app even though its already posted on the web versionThe app is now usable.

6. Please have a guide about it.Sign in button absolutely does not work.

9. I was able to sign in, I just needed to wait for a few minutes, I guess.

10. It has the same format as the web version but at least I think it's much easier when loading and refreshing than the web plus it's at full screen.

1. Fix poipiku Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart poipiku: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the poipiku App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "poipiku" » Open poipiku » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for poipiku » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear poipiku app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from poipiku servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "poipiku" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check poipiku app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, poipiku might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall poipiku. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall poipiku then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing poipiku not working

2. Fix poipiku Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make poipiku be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to poipiku not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, poipiku may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
