1. it's free and so was the phone, but i wish i was still paying 1500yen a month for YMobile (which was super good.)Why is the email app is not separated from Rakuten Link? For the people who don't want to use Link won't be able to us this email.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rakuten Link be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
