1. It just sits on the open screen and won't move forward, therfore, it won't connect.The weather is wrong 100% of the time, watch doesn't stay connected to the app for very long- always have to reconnect, and it no longer stores your info on the app for you to go back and look at previous days/weeks info like sleep, heart rate, step counter, etc.

2. Do not like the "updates" as it took away a lot of the functions and seems more like a downgrade.I have the itouch sport 3 and the watch won't stay connected to the app even though I forget/unpair the device and then repair it and leave the app open when I do finally get it to connect.

3. Most of the services you want from your watch no longer work it doesn't send messages it doesn't tell you about phone calls it.

4. It doesn't even find my watch! I've used iTouch for several years and i am very disappointed with the app.My husband and I both have the iTouch 3.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iTouch Wearables Issues

1. Fix iTouch Wearables Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iTouch Wearables: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iTouch Wearables App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iTouch Wearables" » Open iTouch Wearables » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iTouch Wearables » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iTouch Wearables app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iTouch Wearables servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iTouch Wearables" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iTouch Wearables app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iTouch Wearables might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iTouch Wearables. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iTouch Wearables then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iTouch Wearables not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iTouch Wearables be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iTouch Wearables not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iTouch Wearables may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
