1. Every single day makes having this watch frustrating.Today is Wednesday morning, and yet it shows me sleeping for 45 mins on Tuesday and 6.5 hours on Wed ?? Sooo many issues with this app it's ridiculous.

2. Love the watch itself; inexpensive and cute, but the app almost makes it pointless.I have bought many smart watches but this watch and app for the price has performed just as well as the more pricey ones.

3. Nothing worked, so for me it's just a nice-ish analog watch that keeps sending notifications that it wants to pair with my phone directly.

4. if you're reading this it's probably already too late, seeing as you already bought the watch, but please consider returning it and saving your money for one of the smart watches that can actually do thingsThe watch an app are ok.

5. More often now it says it's connected but I get no notifications and no data transfer -- two days of no data, despite wearing the "connected" watch.

6. (Which it can't do.)must run in the background at all times, barely any customization options, very limited features (that aren't useful), but if you wanna use your $40 watch you better download this app.

7. It was a great cheap watch to replace my fossil watch, however the lack of ability to have a functional app has become frustrating.

8. The biggest issue is the "find watch." It's on vibrate.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iTech Wearables Issues

1. Fix iTech Wearables Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iTech Wearables: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iTech Wearables App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iTech Wearables" » Open iTech Wearables » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iTech Wearables » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iTech Wearables app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iTech Wearables servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iTech Wearables" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iTech Wearables app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iTech Wearables might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iTech Wearables. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iTech Wearables then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iTech Wearables not working


2. Fix iTech Wearables Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iTech Wearables be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iTech Wearables not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iTech Wearables may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Everytime I wear my watch when I go to take it off towards the end of the day it has like ate my skin raw or I’ll have a patch of skin pealing off and there’s days where I can’t even wear it due to the pain it causes. That is not normal I have never owned a watch that has done anything like this. If you’d like a picture I’d be more than happy to send one.
