Fenix 2 Customer Insights

1. So very good for everything except conversations in direct messaging.First of all, I tried every 3rd party Twitter app over the course of 3 days and this was the last one.

2. I even tried the additional download and linking to the official Twitter app to help it load / refresh faster.

3. Waste of money, if not just for the fact mentions don't come through. No interface is perfect, but this app does just what it's supposed to do, and without the baggage of Twitter's own abomination of an app.

4. Less usable than the official Twitter app, also less good than just using Twitter on a mobile browser.

5. Its search functionality is clunky, it doesn't consistently display thumbnails for web pages, you often can't see full headlines, and it delays showing notifications for a while.

6. Would be nice to have options to make the Trends column more closely resemble the official app/website, with notes about why it's trending and in what circles (politics, sports, entertainment, etc).

7. I find I'm not getting consistent notifications, and, more annoyingly, it doesn't list the number of responses to a tweet.

8. Love this app! Dl ItOverall loving it, especially after the changes made to the official Twitter app's UI.

9. I've tried uninstalling and emptying cache, revoking access on Twitter main.

10. There was also the problem of the notifications being generally slow and not showing likes, as well as translation functions not being native.

11. - The saved feed position is based on the first "visible" tweet, even a few pixels of a tweet you haven't actually seen.
