We use Softether and couldn't evaluate for 22 customers unless we bought a license! Why on God's earth would someone buy a license for something that we don't even know if it works? 1. Fix VPN Client Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VPN Client Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VPN Client Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VPN Client Pro" » Open VPN Client Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VPN Client Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VPN Client Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VPN Client Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VPN Client Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VPN Client Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VPN Client Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VPN Client Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VPN Client Pro then reinstall.
