1. doesn't work with galaxy note 9 android 9, crashed many times in selfie mode.The screen does not activate, it is white all the time, even I reinstalled several times.

2. when you install it, it asks for permissions but surprisingly not the permission to use the camera.. So Manually go to settings>App>legen...>permission and click on (add) camera...Graphics is nice, my son loved it, but there are many bugs with it like seeing the inside of the animal or up side down, rotating the object is not intuitive.

3. Very big disappointment for the kid...Does not work, screen stays white.

1. Fix Legendary Creatures Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Legendary Creatures: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Legendary Creatures App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Legendary Creatures" » Open Legendary Creatures » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Legendary Creatures » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Legendary Creatures app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Legendary Creatures servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Legendary Creatures" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Legendary Creatures app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Legendary Creatures might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Legendary Creatures. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Legendary Creatures then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Legendary Creatures not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Legendary Creatures be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
