1. Can any of the devs shed some light on this? Update: Worked again for a while and now it's back to either not updating my sub count or not showing any analytics once again.Although simple and easy to use for the most part, the search does not behave well unless you feed it a link to a specific channel, and the menus are ridden with ads, so be careful where you place your fingers.

2. Rotating back of the orientation will not solve the problem, it still says loading.I've recently been having problems with the analytics not working for any of the channels and that's one of my favorite parts of this app.

3. The ads are annoying but tollerable, wish there was a one-time paid option but I understand that the costs are primarily server based.Wow I love the app,but really?The analytics haven't worked for like 2 years by now(from my experience).

5. I installed it once a while ago in 2021,got a new phone,installed it now again in 2023 to keep track of underated youtubers,BUT D4MN,this still hasn't been fixed?And,yes ,I will use all 500 characters.

6. I would reccomend this to many though!!WOW! Excellent service! My phone updated the app last night to a version that apparently had a bug preventing the widgets from working.

7. Users like myself tend to only care about live sub counts when a channel they follow is about to achieve a major milestone, so the alerts system should reflect that imo.

8. Other than that, the widget is useful and neat, and it has no problems otherwise, to the best of my knowledge.There's a bug in the widget while offline, if the screen orientation rotates, the widget says loading.

9. So that's why only 2 stars...Decent app for what it sets out to do! The alerts are a nice feature, though it should give the option of setting alerts for known major milestones, such as 100,000 and 1,000,000 subs.

1. Fix Realtime Subscriber Count Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Realtime Subscriber Count: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Realtime Subscriber Count App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Realtime Subscriber Count" » Open Realtime Subscriber Count » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Realtime Subscriber Count » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Realtime Subscriber Count app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Realtime Subscriber Count servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Realtime Subscriber Count" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Realtime Subscriber Count app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Realtime Subscriber Count might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Realtime Subscriber Count. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Realtime Subscriber Count then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Realtime Subscriber Count not working
