1. Must drop the ".unseen.is" when logging in! Otherwise will always get "incorrect passphrase" error despite login being absolutely correct!!I will not let me login in at all, I already have an account on my computer but now i wanted the app and it keeps saying that both my username and pass is incorrect.

2. Unseen.tw instead of unseen.isKeeps on saying passphrase or password incorrect on my Motorola G6 Play mobile.

3. It seems to work on iPhone 7?! ☹️☹️I have a lifetime account and suddenly was locked out, cannot contact anyone.

Dont bother with these people.this app does what is says so far .. would love to see it open source because otherwise i cant fully trust it ... but its works so far haven't seen any bad reviews so hopefully its pretty safe to use ...Worst app i have ever seen..even i can not sign inCannot log in for about one week.

1. Fix Unseen Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Unseen Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Unseen Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Unseen Messenger" » Open Unseen Messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Unseen Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Unseen Messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Unseen Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Unseen Messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Unseen Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Unseen Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Unseen Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Unseen Messenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Unseen Messenger not working

2. Fix Unseen Messenger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Unseen Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Unseen Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Unseen Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
