- Restart ATLAS PRO Ultimate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the ATLAS PRO Ultimate App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ATLAS PRO Ultimate" » Open ATLAS PRO Ultimate » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ATLAS PRO Ultimate » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ATLAS PRO Ultimate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ATLAS PRO Ultimate servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ATLAS PRO Ultimate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ATLAS PRO Ultimate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ATLAS PRO Ultimate might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall ATLAS PRO Ultimate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ATLAS PRO Ultimate then reinstall.
