1. Please consider reverting to the old channel list ordering.I have been trying to watch something a few times, but it is a bit hopeless... Streaming works well, and it is possible to watch live programs as well as those already broadcasted, but... Finding the channel is a nightmare - no favorites, no searching, no filtering (except arbitrary few filters that are pre-set).

2. Also not compatible with fires stick from Amazon.No Google TV app and too many problems with Chromecast, with the screen going black every 3 to 5 minutes.. and Proximus doesn't seem remotely interested in solving these problems.

3. Other than that, channels play properly and look very good quality.The new interface is harder to use, with the tv guide requiring some 30 swipes to get to 3 digit channels, and no search function in sight.

4. The app also doesn't recall where you stopped watching a recording you partly viewed earlier, very annoying.Moreover it is very hard to reposition at right spot then, please add functionality to REW/FF in blocks of 10 or 30 secsApp is no longer compatible with Android TV.

5. Also, it doesn't have last channels viewed, so you don't have to go and find that last-accessed channel again.

6. But then they don't make money of the TV boxes of course!It's incredible that this app doesn't have a search box to find channels quicker.

7. TV guide in the app takes ages to load listings after changing channel or date, and some channels only have programme info for 3 days ahead.

8. Previously the channels were grouped per language and country, more or less like you would retrieve them as consecutive channel numbers on the TV interface.

9. Sincerely, a loyal customer.Why is this app not available on Android TV? I have to rent a second Android box from Proximus while I already a have a Google Chromecast that is perfectly capable of running an app like this, if only Proximus would make it available.

10. Worse than the previous version by any metric other than looks.It never was the most convenient app to watch shows, but convenient enough to manage recording which I would later view on a TV screen.

11. And finally, it doesn't have a favorites feature so that you can add only your favorite channels to this list.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Proximus Pickx Issues

1. Fix Proximus Pickx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Proximus Pickx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Proximus Pickx App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Proximus Pickx" » Open Proximus Pickx » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Proximus Pickx » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Proximus Pickx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Proximus Pickx servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Proximus Pickx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Proximus Pickx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Proximus Pickx might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Proximus Pickx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Proximus Pickx then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Proximus Pickx not working


2. Fix Proximus Pickx Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Proximus Pickx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Proximus Pickx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Proximus Pickx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
