Also, not able to exclude from battery optimized and the system gets closed out.I would rate it higher, but I find it pretty frustrating that the sleep sounds time adjustment option is broken, which means that just as I'm starting to fall asleep the sound abruptly shuts off, and there's no way for me to simply tell the app to play the sounds longer.
2. But then an update raised the volume of the sleep sounds and I could no longer play my own music coupled with Tide sounds.
3. Highly recommend.It used to work really great, now every single time I use it for sleep it doesn't save any data, the calendar just says nothing, even if I've used it everyday that week.
4. I've tried all the 'stability' options which seem to revert themselves everyday too.I have had the best sleep of my life to the rain sound on this app! I have insomnia so this really helps me get to sleep along with meditation of course.
5. The way the sleep part of the app wakes you up is perfect, it gently wakes you up with birds or beautiful music, and is hard to turn off so you won't be able to turn it off unless you actually get up and focus.

Also, the developers were courteous, receptive and immediately responsive to the feedback I submitted about a feature request in an earlier version of the app.I absolutely enjoy this app for studying and falling asleep! But before, the app would run all night but now it seems to stop after 30 minutes to an hour.
7. the alarms are not scary or loud in the morning but wake you up in a certain time range (if you set it to wake you up at 8, itll sound off between 7:30 and 8) which makes you feel better than waking up at an exact time.

9. Update... One "bug" with this app is that if you accidently close the app, instead of long pressing the sleep module button, your sleep hours are not recorded.
10. I was very interested in my sleep quality and deep sleep as I had slept over 9 hours and still felt tired and sleepy for the rest of the day.
11. Normally I don't post reviews, but this app has helped me so much that I felt obligated to write somethingElegant and useful I've been using Tide on and off for a few months, I originally used it for falling asleep and it was good for that, even though the UI was a little dated.
