1. 👍A brilliant usecase for blockchain technology; private and secure and with military grade encryption you get a truly decentralized communication method!Great project,but it too slow for message to apear.It taking long time to load massage.Great concept with a lot of room to grow and add.

Although it doesn't yet have all featured that a normal messanger might have, I can't wait to see what the future holds!Will upgrade if this changes, but so far I keep Inviting my wife to private 1:1 and only get "something went wrong..." Otherwise easy to use so far, love the concept, Investing in Jupiter on Kucoin, but if this issue isn't resolved then I'll delete, invest later, and check on this project at a later date.

3. Giving it some time since it's Blockchain etc...Great project but pls update the app cause it slows a lot frequently and some features are not working like notification setting and also pls add more features.I can't log in.

1. Fix Metis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Metis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Metis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Metis" » Open Metis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Metis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Metis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Metis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Metis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Metis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Metis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Metis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Metis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Metis not working

2. Fix Metis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Metis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Metis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Metis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
