1. I sent in feedback and the issue was resolved with last update.)I emailed the developer before Christmas, 2021, to get help with the app crashing when trying to download & play back voicemail messages.

1. Fix Voip.ms Tools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voip.ms Tools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voip.ms Tools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voip.ms Tools" » Open Voip.ms Tools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voip.ms Tools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voip.ms Tools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voip.ms Tools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voip.ms Tools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
