1. I just updated this app a few days ago thinking that it wud be useful.. But the new updation is just horrible and doesn't even work, and the worst part is that once updated we can't go back to the old version.

2. it keep on asking you to set the name which is impossible to set because any name you put is not validUsed to work decently befofe the update,it updated and is not working anymore.

1. Fix Agora Video Call Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Agora Video Call: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Agora Video Call App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Agora Video Call" » Open Agora Video Call » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Agora Video Call » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Agora Video Call app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Agora Video Call servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Agora Video Call" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Agora Video Call app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Agora Video Call might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Agora Video Call. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Agora Video Call then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Agora Video Call not working
