1. I am trying since last 2 days and spent 20+ hrs for SIS registration but server is not responding.There's no proper integration with dependt & interconnects of apps between , so many problem in integration part sometime OTP will not relesed soemtime if OTP released after insterting the OTP app will not fetch data from dependent system to current app page to proceed to next level , sometime if you get the OTP it's delayed OTP app not accept the time outed OTPs, peple like me who have integrated 6 states SDC & apps not able to work on so what i can excpect from a general people or user ??USELESS! whenever I tried to view grievance status, registered on cm helpline portal, a notification poped up says " Your internet connection is too slow".

2. I don't know why government paid you for doing nothing😡😡😡Not proper interface and good option and does not have escalation matrix of both mp online and lokseva kendra.. Its should be better that resident go to the official office for paper work or documentation makibgt, not any signal use of this app except result and unervisityUseless App.... When i tried to creat income certificate,its automatically logout.. Sometimes its shows your internet it slow.. Bad app.. Need to fix problems.Their is no problem on the services which was inside.

And get my 10th class marksheet hurry.. my my work has not completed without this marksheet..worst experience... i couldn't attained counseling as no counseling detail show on this app.. i was highly relying in this ap but.. everytime when i check counseling it says not available and when i check outside.. its already done... worst app.

4. worst experience... worst management and every thing at its level worst.Whenever I try to fill chalan and submit it shows error also the user interface of the app is very bad.

1. Fix MP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MP" » Open MP Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MP Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MP Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MP not working

2. Fix MP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
