1. Since it wouldn't go any further without granting these permissions in advance without any cohesive reason (why do you need my microphone for a video viewer???) I was forced to uninstall it.I'm afraid someone had the ability to copy my credentials or something when I downloaded this app since it was able to connect to the internet and then sent me to the next screen saying my device is incompatible or something...this app is incredible! I do not have a headset with one of those thing to touch the screen with but this let's you do that without it! 5 stars that you have earned!Absolute garbage, cant even open the app because this "video player" wants access to the microphone or it wont even start.I cannot look around in my VR set cuz it Doesn't move when I look around I hate the stupid app I got the 3D version and the non-3d both of them do not work I recommend not getting this appThe app...

1. Restart Fulldive 3D VR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fulldive 3D VR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fulldive 3D VR" » Open Fulldive 3D VR - 360 3D VR Vid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fulldive 3D VR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fulldive 3D VR - 360 3D VR Vid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fulldive 3D VR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fulldive 3D VR - 360 3D VR Vid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fulldive 3D VR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fulldive 3D VR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fulldive 3D VR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fulldive 3D VR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fulldive 3D VR not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fulldive 3D VR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
