1. Very frustrating.Very very buggy, user experience is horrible, sometimes the app opens without permission with messages with incorrect dataTo nake sure no one can read, why not use white on white bg? So, the app gives you a WhatsApp contact number and guess what? When writing a wa message you get the reply "please use the app" Frankly, even one star is too muchExtremely buggy.

2. The app simply hangs.Bad design, doesn't display usage data, asking for fingerprint in an endless loop, and more stuff.. Now when I enter my ID in login screen, it says "something went wrong"Very annoying experience with identification.

5. Requires 3 identification details (more then bank account)to enter, suggests to use fingerprint to open the app.

6. Attempted: uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing data/cache, force stopping, rebooting the phone, switching from wifi to mobile data.

7. Additional info: the network meter on my phone does not indicate that the app is downloading/uploading anything during the white screen.

8. [Galaxy Note 10] app opens, intro animation plays, then a blank, unresponsive white screen.

9. Within the app, for some operations, it requires again identification details to show the information.

10. Accept the suggestion but it keeps asking 3 details anyway.

11. App is not available in English, even is Hebrew you cannot sign in.easy to use.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyPartner Issues

1. Fix MyPartner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyPartner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyPartner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyPartner" » Open MyPartner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyPartner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyPartner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyPartner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyPartner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyPartner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyPartner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyPartner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyPartner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyPartner not working


2. Fix MyPartner Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyPartner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyPartner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyPartner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
