PatientPORTAL Customer Insights

1. The email feature is useless in that you can't reply to messages and have to select from the drop down list of every provider, which may not include who you are responding to.

2. either reach me by email or phone number. My experience was to say the least was frustrating... every other app I set up was simple, not this one! Guess I will call them to find out when my appointment is.

3. every time, my pw does not match, i go thru several steps, i try both phone and computer, then it tells me i'm locked out.

4. One is labeled "Patient Portal"; the other is labeled "InteliChart Patient Portal." Which one should I get rid of? Sometimes, the info on each one differs. This app sucks.

5. When trying to request a prescription refill, the message that appears is larger than the screen & you can't scroll down to see what is at the end.

6. The drop down list only has doctors listed so you can't reply to office staff.

7. Please change to chronological order! People with multiple specialists/follow-ups need them to show chronologically to avoid missing an appt.

8. It makes you select from a drop down menu of recipients instead of populating the recipient line with the person you are replying to.

9. One could die trying to get information exchanged with one's doctor.Needs a lot of improvement Update wipes out password and bio login.

10. I deleted all sent messages, and all received messages, and it still won't work.

11. It won't let you reply to messages from the practice.

  • I have a patient Portal for my children but the primary account that should be mine is under my daughters name with all wrong information. I deleted both my kids off of this account. Would like to know if the primary account should be my info then I add my children. if so would like the account to be in my name (Kimberly Barfield) so that my daughter does not have to accounts. There is no way for me to edit any information on the primary account. Would it be best to delete it. or can the information be fixed.
