1. With other login options it says I'm already registered and I don't remember using any other kind of registration except biometric (no username, no password,...) And once again, after update biometric login doesn't workOne od those applications you never know what you'll get from.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moj A1 Issues

1. Fix Moj A1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moj A1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moj A1 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moj A1" » Open Moj A1 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moj A1 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moj A1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moj A1 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moj A1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moj A1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moj A1 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moj A1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moj A1 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moj A1 not working
