1. The notifications having no specific time is a bit annoying, because it doesn't allow you to judge how high your risk wasI wasn't able to report my results the 2nd time I got a positive covid result with a home test.
2. I appreciate the states making an effort but this needs to be on a national level for people who need to travel. They have a "see history" button inside of the box which is apparently the button to report your results, those should definitely be clearly separate buttons, for the report results should be hyperlinked or something to make it clear that that's what I'm supposed to click.
3. Contact tracing could've been a great technology if the US had spent more time educating people about how it actually works (and tell people it doesn't track your location which was a major concern people had).
4. The problem is NOBODY knows how to get a verification code to put in the app (I called and spoke with 2 of the largest county health departments, as well as the WA State DOH)! Pretty useless if it can't be used to notify others of an exposure!Had the opportunity to be great.
5. Unfortunately you have to get a "verification code" in order to notify the system of a positive result (and thus notify those contacts that they've been exposed).
6. Especially if I am not having people come to my house. So far so good on this app, though it's a little worrysome that the app doesn't have any explicit permissions granted, nor does it ask for any, yet still seems to be able to access a wide swath of things on the device.
7. But maybe if another huge covid wave or other virus happens we can try this again andDoBetterThis app causes issues with all other Bluetooth devices, including my Fitbit (will not sync with this app installed) and my headphones (will randomly disconnect from headphone while in use).
8. I tried searching "contact tracing", "WA exposure notifications", and even "WA notifier", but I didn't see this app anywhere in the search results.
9. This makes the app entirely pointless since I know of nine positive results with no phone calls being dodged, just no way to get a code.
10. It should be easy to report your results otherwise the app is pointless. This app was a good idea, but there wasn't much thought put into the development of it.
11. Why can't the app communicate within itself to identify if another user has been nearby and has received a positive test? Also, if a person has all the symptoms they should be able to self report.
