1. However, my only issue is that the document submission part sometimes randomly cuts parts off the pictures you take of documents and you have to keep retaking the picture until it finally decides to include the whole picture you took.
2. Said this was the best way to keep track of things, super easy to snap a picture and upload documents, etc.
3. It sends you a passcode, waiiiiiiit for it, come back and it wont work, screens get stuck, it sends alerts but they wont download, and some had future dates? The upload feature is not easy.
4. I've never received the email code they say they're sending, none of the upload functions work, always says there's connectivity issues.
5. If that little issue could be worked out it would be perfect.For anyone having issues with the Date of Birth, once you see the calendar, click on the 2019 on the top and it will let you easily select your birth year.
6. Would be helpful if you could comment on photos or be able to leave information when submitting documents.
7. All of these issues, while I am trying to comply in a timely manner with the verifications asked of me.This app has always been horrible and still is, even after it's now been updated.
8. I can log in, but when I attempt to sign up for email alerts, I fill out the info and wait for my email to appear, but it never does.
9. I have submitted documents numerous times, but they are never received by CAO caseworker.

11. Edit: Now, linking a case doesn't do anything but force me to sign in again and then link the case AGAIN, only to get caught in an endless loop.
Have to make a new account due to account flaws.

I do not qualify for any of the benefits and would like to delete my account in order to stop receiving mail.
