Why should I report an Issue with Rocket Science: Ride to Statio?

1. Rocket Science: Ride to Station allows players to get a better understanding of what it’s like to select a commercial crew, build a rocket, experience takeoff, and ultimately dock with the International Space Station aboard either SpaceX’s Crew Dragon or Boeing’s CST-100.

(I query controlling the Pod to Dock at the station, if I remember a documentary on TV about docking, left thrust button activates right and top activated bottom thrusters unless the new rockets work differently.The textures on the engine flame and the smoke are not great, and the parts in the build menu are named incorrectly, but other than that, it's pretty cool.

2. One small tiny oversight, when 'building' rocket, the game is horizontal so placing parts is difficult as the rocket is higher than the horizontal view 😄, so either make rocket a bit smaller or adjust game to vertical.

3. Maybe a mission to investigate the universe, e.g. mission to mars, mission to other solar system and mission to other galaxy.

4. Hope you can update the game.Kind of fun and informative but too easy and too little variation in missions.

5. Just please fix the naming issue, it's very confusing.Add more story and give the players ability to make their own rockets.

1. Fix Rocket Science Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rocket Science: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rocket Science App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rocket Science" » Open Rocket Science: Ride to Statio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rocket Science » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rocket Science: Ride to Statio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rocket Science servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rocket Science: Ride to Statio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rocket Science app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rocket Science might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rocket Science. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rocket Science then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rocket Science not working

2. Fix Rocket Science Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rocket Science be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rocket Science not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rocket Science may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
