For Apple phones this has not been an issue.The only problem I really have is with the nutritional education courses...it says they will take a certain amount of time and it would if the recording was done right...after the first slide the end of every slide after repeats a portion of the previous ones it's frustrating and quiet annoying to say the least.Very helpful when obtaining WIC.

3. What's the point of having WIC if I cannot find out what I can get for my family or when? It's been such a an issue that it helped to contribute to my little one losing nearly 2 LBS since our last visit/wellness check.

4. I have to keep my receipts to keep track of what benefits i still have left bc the only thing that does want to work is the barcode scanner to find what is WIC approved at the store.

6. In order to register with cardholder's birthday (on samsung phones), rather than scrolling all the way back through the years, simply click on the year and it will allow you to select your birth year and THEN choose your month, day, etc.

7. If you don't know if something is WIC eligible then you can scan the barcode on the item! Or you can click each benefit available and it shows the kinds and sizes you can get! I love it.

8. It now saves your login information so you don't have to log in everytime you use it! Also all eligible foods have been updated as well.

1. Fix Indiana WIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Indiana WIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Indiana WIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Indiana WIC" » Open Indiana WIC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Indiana WIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Indiana WIC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Indiana WIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Indiana WIC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Indiana WIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Indiana WIC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Indiana WIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Indiana WIC then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Indiana WIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
