About GOT7 LIGHT STICK

1. Check if you need to replace the battery. - Check your seat information on your ticket before the concert and enter it on the light stick in advance. - Please be seated in the same seat where you registered for the light stick.

2. While on “SELF MODE”, select “SETTING” on the top right of the screen to check the battery condition of your light stick.

3. Turn the switch down on the light stick to set it to Bluetooth mode.

4. The light stick color will change accordingly.

5. You can enjoy various stage productions through light sticks.

6. Select CONCERT MODE after completing registration of your ticket information on the App.

7. After connecting with your smartphone with Bluetooth, touch a color you want on the screen.

8. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone and place your smartphone close to connect them.

9. Moving to a different seat may cause different stage appearance. - Check the light stick battery in advance to prevent turning off during the concert. - For light stick stage production, be sure to have the light stick that is registered via mobile App and set the light stick switch on “CONCERT MODE”.

1. I've tried to google what to do and all but other's work well and seem to connect within seconds... Edit: I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A8.For everyone whose lightstick doesn't work... You need to turn on your location.. All phones are compatable... Ive been trying to make it work for a long time until i saw another ahgases review..thank you so much to her!!It's a good app and I really like it.

2. If only I knew it few days earlier before the Melbourne concert... And also the concert mode, when actually it will start? It kept "preparing" even until half an hour before concert then we can't be bothered to keep checking...The Keep Spinning update has definately improved it by a longshot but I still have a slight issue.

3. But for some reason when I turn on my bluetooth and go to self mode it doesn't connect.

4. I hope that you can make this app more better for us Android users to connect easily with the lightstick.At first, i was really struggling to connect with my android phone.

7. Ehile it doesnt disconnect every 5 seconds anymore, it still lags when changing colors on Self Mode.

8. The colors will change fine for a bit and then it will suddebly freeze and tke like 5-10 seconds to change color again.I guess they didn't use the feature, because no one's changed colour at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GOT7 LIGHT STICK Issues

1. Fix GOT7 LIGHT STICK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GOT7 LIGHT STICK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GOT7 LIGHT STICK App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GOT7 LIGHT STICK" » Open GOT7 LIGHT STICK » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GOT7 LIGHT STICK » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GOT7 LIGHT STICK app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GOT7 LIGHT STICK servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GOT7 LIGHT STICK" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GOT7 LIGHT STICK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GOT7 LIGHT STICK might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GOT7 LIGHT STICK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GOT7 LIGHT STICK then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GOT7 LIGHT STICK not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GOT7 LIGHT STICK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
