I can't even get an actual ring tone so I don't miss calls... the app has to use notification sounds for the phone ringing, which is one beep and nothing more.Used this app for quite a while, it's okay, but since it requires to be the default app, it can't pull up any contacts in contact search, and always warn you, that you may be charged if you use the dial pad to make a call, and the blocked numbers appear on the call log along with my regular calls, I can't tell which number is which.

2. I guess it's not that important to have this app anymore.Why is whoscall blocking me from receiving my WhatsApp calls? Every time a call comes in it just says number is blocked, although I can see the contact calling me, and then the call drops.

1. Fix Whoscall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Whoscall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Whoscall App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Whoscall" » Open Whoscall - Caller ID & Block » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Whoscall » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Whoscall - Caller ID & Block app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Whoscall servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Whoscall - Caller ID & Block" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Whoscall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Whoscall might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Whoscall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Whoscall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Whoscall not working

2. Fix Whoscall Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Whoscall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Whoscall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Whoscall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
