Why should I report an Issue with Look Up - A Pop Up Dictionary?

1. Rest is too goodThis app has got perfectly everything i need, with a few exceptions.. Perfect for reading stories, saves a lot of time from opening a separate dictionary and type the word and etc hassles.. I wish the free version had the option to add 3 dictionaries instead of just 2.. And.. It doesn’t work on every app, like wattpad or wps office- my core reading apps.

2. After we select the word which I want the meaning I have to click more ( three vertical dots) to get the lookup option, It will be great if it is available next to copy.

3. But it doesn't seem to work universally in all apps.Good app for looking up words, and I like it that you can just highlight a word and get a definition, but it has some negative parts.

6. Other drawback is that it doesn't pop up if you copy more than one word, so you can't see the meaning of any phrase of idiom with it.

1. Fix Look Up Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Look Up: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Look Up App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Look Up" » Open Look Up - A Pop Up Dictionary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Look Up » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Look Up - A Pop Up Dictionary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Look Up servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Look Up - A Pop Up Dictionary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Look Up app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Look Up might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Look Up. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Look Up then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Look Up not working

2. Fix Look Up Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Look Up be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Look Up not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Look Up may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
