1. Submit a request & you get auto EMAILS! 0☆Terrible platform, terrible app! Refusing to update pre-2020!! Before 2020, this app was working amazing and I used often but after 2020 updates....slow loading, sms conversations wouldn't load and if load, multiple attempts to load and any missed calls, won't show in call log.

Each text has limited chars so you have to send multiple texts, with no warningI work in a medical setting and use this line for multiple reasons and in the beginning it was wonderful but after about 9 months or so (almost 2 yrs w/flyp currently) it would just randomly expire or shut off with some error message and I wouldn't know or get an update until it took effect.

3. there customer service is all email which is good but having this issue consistently is not!Needed multiple phone numbers for my new business, for incoming calls.

4. I thought I had solved the issue by just closing out the Flyp app after every call, but I thought wrong, as when I tried doing this, the phone would still call the people back, it just did it on more of a delay.

5. Terms and conditions doesn't show anything so getting any assistance isn't easy if it's an issueThe app says you get 5 free phone numbers per month but was forced to subscribe again to get a 2nd number.

6. I open the app, and Flyp app CALLS THE PERSON BACK, except the app makes it appear as if I'm receiving a call (when in fact the app/phone is dialing out without my permission).

7. After the call is ended, the Flyp app is open on the phone's list of open apps.

8. Here is what happens: I receive a Flyp phone call, answer the call, speak and end the call.

9. It gets tricky when a call comes through because it will disappear after the first ring and if you have a screen lock in your phone some calls get lost completely.

1. Fix Flyp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flyp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flyp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flyp" » Open Flyp - Multiple Phone Numbers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flyp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flyp - Multiple Phone Numbers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flyp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flyp - Multiple Phone Numbers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flyp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flyp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flyp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flyp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flyp not working

2. Fix Flyp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flyp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flyp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flyp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
