1. ๐Is a good app, like the timer and that there is a voice that guides you if your unable to see the screen, would be great if there was more work outs to do, like that you can pause it aswell or go backI know I will enjoy the daily routine of include this app as part of my day.
2. ๐ BUT I WILL KEEP GOING! ๐App was going good until day 11 then the abs workout stalled and now it won't let me move on to the next day so keep doing same abs routine over and over whilst moving days ahead with glutes.
3. But then I stopped and installed it again to start over, I wish they change a bit the app so if someone want, they can just refresh the days to start from day one and no need to uninstall it.A good app.

5. Thanks for helping me lose 6lbs :-)Honestly love this app, I haven't had any adds it challenges me just enough and I don't over work myself when I just start out, I have used this after having two of my kids.
