1. Question: can I use the app both on ipad and android devices, using one account? Do I need to buy twice? Raised to five stars because of android -IOS compatible versionsThe only things I would want is a) a field for the Patient Number, and b) any pdf or CSV report name to be "{appname}{YYYY-MM-DD} where the date is the file creation date.

The developer has put a lot of work & thought to provide a easy & efficient app & is continually trying to improve on it from ideas of his & suggestions made which is what makes this app so great: functions are incorporated after concideration when ideas have been put to him making it the best one going on my opinion.

1. Fix Peflog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Peflog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Peflog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Peflog" » Open Peflog - asthma tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Peflog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Peflog - asthma tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Peflog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Peflog - asthma tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Peflog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Peflog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Peflog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Peflog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Peflog not working

2. Fix Peflog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Peflog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Peflog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Peflog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
