Why should I report an Issue with Avatoon® - Avatar Maker?

1. There is an option where you can just create it by your self too! Anyway this game is really fun to play 🤍... Wait, one more thing, you can make as many characters as you want! Bye ♥️👋I'm obsessed! It's riddled with ads but is still really fun for making little comics and animated portraits.

2. 😃Over all it's a good game but the clothes are way too expensive and the only way to get money is by voting pictures or watching adds and there's adds when you click on pretty much anything so it's very annoying.

Things I'd change: ads can be a bit much, there's no real option for someone who's nonbinary -- have to choose m/f to be able to begin; and there's also really only 1 body type, so if I have a character who's tall and thin, for example, or the opposite, someone who's stocky or plump or pregnant, I have to save a pose and run that image through another app or 2 to really get that.

6. But it doesn't have very many options four stickers.😞 The one thing I really do love about this app is it has SOO many filters you can pick from!!!🤗 And there's not too many ads.

7. No formal attire for women and no options with long skirts or dresses, no boho styles either.I really like the app and the avatars it creates with the free version.

Except I have a pretty big problem, which is crashing all the time, it crashes and freezes and when I close the app and open it again, it crashes again, it crashes all the time and it really sucks, and its also freezing and saying "avatoon isn't responding" and when I click close, it reopens the app and crashed AGAIN.

9. My only criticism is that you can't change the color of the clothes and the clothing choices are very limited in terms of style and occasion.

10. There's also not enough clothing options I can hardly find anything I like or things that would go with certain occasions.

1. Fix Avatoon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avatoon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avatoon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avatoon" » Open Avatoon® - Avatar Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avatoon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avatoon® - Avatar Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avatoon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avatoon® - Avatar Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avatoon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avatoon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avatoon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avatoon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avatoon not working

2. Fix Avatoon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avatoon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Avatoon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Avatoon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
