1. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE! EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS! IT'S THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH BICING!Really like your service and want to like it more but the information for available bikes and parking spots on the map is almost always inaccurate.
2. + No discounts for COVIDSERVICE: Bikes are poorly distributed around the city, it's a rare site to see a Bicing service vehicle.
3. This is really infuriating because it becomes impossible to plan trips around the city on bicing because the number of bikes in a station displayed on the app cannot be trusted at all.
4. Other than that, the bikes are AMAZING!The service is quite good and there's been a big improvement since the bikes are all together (both mechanical and electric), but there is still some margin of improvement.
5. But, this sharing system is useless, because is only for locals, the registration takes long time, and the location of the bikes does not work good.
6. save route history suggest route even far away the station to pick up the bike during the route map should automatically move to the current position those are just some possible improvementsI've used Bicing since it started.
7. Reservation service works but counts it as a miss even you use the app to unlock the bike so that service becomes useless after few reservations.
8. The introduction of electric bikes could completely transform the transport system if the government invests in better and more bike lanes.
9. Whats the point of making the service only for locals? Locals can buy a bike! They probably do it this way because of the touristic bike rentals lobbies.
10. Issue 1: the situation of available bikes does not get updated unless the user turns off/on the app.
11. THIS SHOULD THE SERVICE TO INCENTIVIZE PEOPLE USE BIKES, NOT TO MAKE MONEY.
