MyUofMHealth Customer Insights

1. On multiple devices, using different internet providers, at least 5 times in the past month I've been unable to access the video visit functions.

2. I tried screenshotting, cropping, collage-ing, to no avail. After checking(arrival feature) in as "I'm here", system shows message to wait in waiting area but the provider have no information/documents received of you for next 30 to 45 mins..!! So you will be waiting for quiet a time before they realize.

3. I can't access most of the functions of this app without a full high speed connection which I almost never have because communication service providers throttle "unlimited data".

4. Also, the messaging aspect of the site is inefficient, as messages are intercepted by ancillary staff and many times not conveyed to the providers.Sometimes it won't let me get back to the menu without clicking out of the app, without logging out, and then going back into the app.

5. Other apps can still connect to the internet and function, but I can't use MyUofMHealth to view my doctors messages or review my after visit summary.

6. And at first it was very limiting when leaving a message, but the last time it let me leave the whole message in one note.

7. Only thing I think should be more visible is if a provider leaves a letter for you in your file you have no way (there isn't an alert) to tell you it's there.Would be five stars but I have a major problem.

8. The whole point of an app is to make things easier to access. This app is terribly designed for older folks.

9. You can ask your physician team questions, perform zoom meetings, and view test results as soon as they are available.

10. Job well done U of M your efforts are greatly appreciated. It's nice to have access to records and results.

11. Plus I can't request or have proxy access to my child's account through the app which is inconvenient as well.
