What users are saying

1. You can find out things about your health, read after visit summaries , Make appointments without making a phone call and so much more! We would be lost without it.I strongly recommend everyone have My Chart account!!Easier to use than the computer loginI love being able to communicate with my doctors using this app! No more endless phone calls to get a question answered.

2. I'm not sure if it's a problem with this software or the additional software required for digital meetings. The staff is great they want to help in every way and they are right to the point and easy too understand.

3. they are by telephone only appts are made without my knowledge, I've had issues w E chart since I signed up, its an excellent idea,🤯 but isn't dependable, my Dr.

4. Using this app we have been able to reduce the number of office visits I need by half.

5. They are 5 star totally...Love that I can get test results, Drs notes, appts etc no matter where I'm at!Worst 2-step verification process I've ever experienced.

6. Also able to have digital appointments after installing additional software.

7. So they might need to get feedback from staff to see what features are actually being used.UCD My Chart is the only way to go! You have everything you need right at your fingertips.

8. Great way to communicate with medical staff without a phone call.

9. You are able to see test results, order refills of your medications and schedule appointments on it.

10. Only software problem is sometimes it doesn't switch to appointment program automatically on the device, it is running in another window.

11. Otherwise outstanding!EXCELLENT IF WORKED PROPERLY The phone visits never work anymore.
