Ohio State MyHealth Customer Insights

1. So convenient on my phone don't have to wait to use my Laptop.Easy to use and easy to navigateGreat 👍app, love the look, feel n options 😀for loved ones the "proxy " settings,or how you can share everywhere makes a ease for sharing records,& even the ease on the eyes when reading records, I found this app visually pleasing, for sure! Furthermore, when Compared to other apps similar in nature, I feel this app wins out buy all I named above, I'll never say this again but I even found the adds helpful! Lol Say what! 😅, yup that's what u said! A helpful add.

2. I just wish all medical centers used it.Great to see my health information and appointments, as well as message providers, but scheduling appointments might as well not be part of the app.

3. That's probably bad.Fantastic! All my info, history, and care in one place!!!! Easy to use: schedule, refill prescriptions, pre-registration.

4. It is so easy and convenient to sent my doctor's a message, look at lab results, review & refill my prescriptions, and so much more.

5. One issue I have with it is that while there's a "button" you can click to cancel your appointments, it doesn't actually allow you to cancel any.

6. Why offer the the option but then don't actually allow users the convenience to cancel from mychart? Aside from that the app is great.

7. I always get a prompt response to all messages sent to my doctors. After having been used, later on, it appears on screen without having been run.

8. If you select that option a notification pops up prompting you to call your doctor to cancel.

9. The list of providers doesn't include my actual doctors and replaces them with whoever I saw last.

10. The interface for video appointments on tablet is horrible.

11. Even when I can, I get through 20 questions just for the app to say there's no appointments available.Love it.
