2. Schedule appointments with your child’s pediatrician, or schedule in-person or video visits with a growing list of pediatric specialists.

1. Why have some tile about acne for a small child (to boot there is an error message when you click on it)? Also messages instructed to use the app to reschedule appointments however it won't allow it.I have 3 children in this app and it makes everything so easy to keep track of everything! (well if their providers are within the chop system) My son just had an xray and I could see the image and report on my app before leaving the office.
2. Infinite menu options, zero intuitive paths to what you need.My one main complaint is that I can't send messages to people that my child has contact with outside of the few preprogrammed into MYCHOP or responding to negates already sent.
3. Also... why do I have to check in on the App for daily outpatient services every day and then still go check in onsite? As the mother of a child who goes to chop a lot, this app is such an amazing thing to have!! It reminds us of our appointment andets us pre-check in!Error when communicating with the server.
4. His eye doctor isn't with chop and the notes that are sent to chop won't show up in the app and my pediatrician doesn't know how to find them within the system.
5. The app is NOT working correctly and it is often difficult to make appointments (so this is not a one-time event).Good app could be a bit easier to find certain things (insurance info and older notes).
6. They just need a modern, functional website which would render this app completely useless.App is helpful for specific issues.
7. But technology doesn't make everything better when the subjects are human beings trying to cope with difficult and serious health problems.
8. We need to be able to talk to a provider rather than just to see test results or to send a message.
9. The website uses ActiveX like we're still in the 1990s, so it doesn't work with any modern system.
10. I was encouraged to see a chop Ophthalmologist so it's easier to find the latest records.UI is trash.
11. Also, CHOP provides medical care for some of the sickest kids and most complicated case in the world.
