1. More often than not, it fails to work right; can't highlight, can't select sentences (it acts as if it needs calibrated), won't load the pages, won't allow me to click to read the definitions, the list goes on.

2. It would be nice to have this work properly to provide more efficiency since now I have to physically write the notes out.It is impossible to highlight using this app.

3. I have to use this app when I'm the go- so please fix!I've used this app for a few years now and I don't understand how it still isn't what we need! We should be able to copy and paste from the book, from our notes! Notes should separate and not blend so poorly.

4. Half the time can't even use it for schoolIts nice to have access on the go, however about halfway through the first chapter of my book the highlighting became a problem.

5. Its not recognizing I want to highlight some of the time, and when it does it's up higher in the page than where I am trying to highlight.

6. Give an option to disable this fiction or make it like the standard android or ios option where you have to hold the section of text to begin highlighting, not a quick drag up on the screen .

7. How hard is it to have an app for books with a highlight option that works?Oh my God! This is the most frustrating app I have ever used.

8. This app sucks so hard.Horrible. First day of classes and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application three times and Still can't read the first chapter.

9. Take way to long to have to type all the notes instead of being able to copy and paste.

10. Sometimes you can't highlight words sometimes you can but only when you tap and hold about 3-5 lines down from what you want to highlight.

1. Fix Constellation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Constellation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Constellation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Constellation" » Open Constellation for UAGC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Constellation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Constellation for UAGC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Constellation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Constellation for UAGC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Constellation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Constellation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Constellation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Constellation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Constellation not working

2. Fix Constellation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Constellation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Constellation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Constellation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
