Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DW Issues
1. Fix DW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart DW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the DW App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DW" » Open DW » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DW » click "UPDATE".
- Clear DW app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DW servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DW" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check DW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DW might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall DW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DW then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DW not working
2. Fix DW Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Это лучшее приложение на рынке, однозначно. Но столкнулся с такой проблемой. На телефоне отображается помимо номера и регион откуда звонили. А на планшете такого добиться не удается. Как я могу это сделать? Спасибо, жду ответа
