Why should I report an Issue with Loudwire?

Thank you✌️AMAZING APP, KEEP ON THE GOOD WORK!! 🤘☮️ With this, I can find rock news everyday, each one really interesting Also I love the GearFactor, the lists or the videos, all just awesome Loudwire Nights is a good idea too, only problem is for the Alert and Search functions In the Alert one I don't get every notification, but only some And for the Search function, it's really hard to find articles, like finding an Iron Maiden Song ranking, which I found but it was hard, you should had a filter optionWorks great and keeps me informed.

2. Please fix it.Are you kidding? I love it! I can hear all my favorite artist and songs, all brought by the one and only Toni Gonzalez!!! She's amazing funny smart.....so addictive I will keep listening, everyone that loves rock should give it a try I just love it!!!This was a 5 star app until most recent update.

3. I think that would be a really cool feature.I'm not sure what happened, and I will gladly change my # of stars back to 5 if this gets fixed, but I used to be able to listen to loudwire while using other apps on my phone, now it stops playing if I try to go out if it to play a game or something.

4. I tolerated that for awhile but now they are forcing people to watch these abhorrently annoying video pop-up ads, as if the infinite about of other ads weren't giving Townsquare Media enough money already.

5. Would love it if you could fix the problem ASAP.meh.. not sure why they bothered with a menu when every topic has the same exact stories.

6. There are some decent articles but there obviously isn't enough going on in the rock and metal world these days with some of the things they manage to write articles about.

7. Or radio stations that play just old classic rock and not the new day rock.

8. I'm tired of radio stations that just play new day music.

9. Once they used these video ads, I uninstalled the app pretty quickly.It's a really cool app and it helps me stay up to date on the music I care about.

10. I like to hear a wide range of music from back in the days of my high school years and before that.

1. Fix Loudwire Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Loudwire: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Loudwire App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loudwire" » Open Loudwire » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loudwire » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Loudwire app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loudwire servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loudwire" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Loudwire app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loudwire might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Loudwire. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loudwire then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loudwire not working

2. Fix Loudwire Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loudwire be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loudwire not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loudwire may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
