1. There are only 4 places to visit and every place it's not very wide to explore.I just got some pop-up telling me that it failed to get the legal documents so it had to close.

2. Is there something I have to do first besides setting up cardboard?This app is great ...... you can take a look and relate to the pictures 🌍 .... we know it will continue to improveGreat App.

1. Fix DW World Heritage 360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DW World Heritage 360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DW World Heritage 360 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DW World Heritage 360" » Open DW World Heritage 360 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DW World Heritage 360 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DW World Heritage 360 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DW World Heritage 360 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DW World Heritage 360" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DW World Heritage 360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DW World Heritage 360 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DW World Heritage 360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DW World Heritage 360 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DW World Heritage 360 not working

2. Fix DW World Heritage 360 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DW World Heritage 360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DW World Heritage 360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DW World Heritage 360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
