1. I explained the situation and it was fixed and an update released through Google Play in about 3 hours, I received an email to update my app and it works perfectly again.I've only just started using the app so it's a little premature to be reviewing but so far it's everything I was hoping it'd be.

2. It's worth a try.App works well and is very user friendly, in fact, I had an issue where after switching to a new phone it wouldn't restore from the backup on google drive.

3. This one does nearly everything I want it to: printable med list for doctors, separate lists for dependents, synchronize across devices (with ad-free purchase), and track measurements such as blood pressure.

4. There is no option for "delete this and all future reminders." 2) when you get a notification to take your meds and push "took all," it still opens the app instead of just recording it in the background.

5. Maybe I'll be back, but for now I'm trying a different app.This app keeps displaying a notification over my lock screen, turning on the display and draining my phone's battery.

6. Love that I can keep track of appointments and when I've already taken meds so I'll never double take meds anymore or forget to take them.

7. I've set up for Biometrics but it's still requiring a password and I can't get past it because I'm not getting an option to reset.This app feels like it was programmed by one guy and the quality of responses to suggestions (in private) supports that feeling.

8. I keep trying to turn this off in the settings, but the specific setting that drives this functionality keeps getting turned back on somehow.

9. I missed several days of meds in December because the notifications just stopped working and (obviously) I don't remember on my own.

10. Very impressive & user friendly.Was looking for an app to replace one that's slowly gotten worse since purchase by Walmart.

11. Some suggestions.. MOST IMPORTANTLY, The ability to easily SYNC with MedList Pro on my wife's phone would be a great improvement.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MedList Pro Issues

1. Fix MedList Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MedList Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MedList Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MedList Pro" » Open MedList Pro - Pill Reminder » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MedList Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MedList Pro - Pill Reminder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MedList Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MedList Pro - Pill Reminder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MedList Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MedList Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MedList Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MedList Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MedList Pro not working


2. Fix MedList Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MedList Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MedList Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MedList Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
