1. That means since months i have not been able to send emails using my Smartphone.The app used to work just fine but some time ago it stopped running properly: - loading attachments takes forever (if it works at all) - emails that have been read are labelled as unread - if an email is moved to a different folder and the app is restarted, all the changes have been undone - emails are not being sent (they do not appear in the 'sent' folder and the intended recipient does not receive them either)Very useful email app.

2. Was almost sent back because of that! Also the older version of this app was way better - more organized and no ads everywhere! Will have to switch to a different email address now because I don't trust web.de with my important emailsnot enough free space for emails, ridiculous nowadaysCan only move emails to folders but can't access the folder content (moved emails) anymore once the emails are moved to a folder.

There is adds popping up everywhere i wanna click on.. when sending an email to an address already know by the app i could not easily modify the email address, it just removed it from the address line and when forwarding i could not modify the forwarded text.. Also it adds some sent 'by app' line.. I did not invest much time, but every other app is way nicer and easier..Random emails just vanish even if I star them.

4. I'll certainly look for another mail client for Android.Downside: Own email responses do only get stored in the Sent folder, and disappear from the Inbox.No synchronisation since 30 April, 2021.

5. IMO the number of folders I can create is not enough since I need more even for basic email traffic.

6. App version is the most current 7.1.7Everything was going good but since months I can't upload attachments to emails.

7. I was asked to show a confirmation email of a visa when traveling to another country and even though I had starred it earlier, it was gone.

8. When I open the app, it displays that I'm logged in but no new mails are indicated even tho a notification came that I have a "new email".

  5. Uninstall and reinstall WEB.DE Mail & Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WEB.DE Mail & Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WEB.DE Mail & Cloud not working
